This Winter Park family getaway offers a spacious and wonderful 2-bedroom accommodation. Situated on the ground floor of building 2, it provides convenient access to the free town shuttle and main clubhouse.
This unit has undergone an amazing renovation, featuring hardwood flooring throughout the main open floor plan that perfectly complements the large sectional sofa. The sofa sleeper can be used for additional sleeping when folded out. Other highlights include a flat screen TV, gas fireplace and access to a private patio with a view of the forest.
The kitchen features brand new granite countertops, sturdy wood cabinets, stainless-steel appliances and track lighting. The dining space can easily accommodate 4 people at the table, with 2 extra seats available at the breakfast bar.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed with updated furniture and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom complete with double sinks and a tiled shower.
The second bedroom, featuring a captain’s bunk with a queen bed on bottom and a twin bed on top, provides access to the second full bathroom located in the main hallway. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning available in this room.
A parking pass is necessary for this unit - limited to one per unit.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 fine per day.
