Located on the third floor of the building, the vaulted ceilings in the main living space provide for a large and spacious feeling. Decorated in a calm and soothing neutral color scheme, this one bedroom one bathroom condo offers the modern western design and furnishings for the ideal Colorado mountain getaway.

The living room area has access to the private deck with forest view, comfortable sofa to enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen TV and has a sofa sleeper for the smaller ones in your group. The dining area has a lovely table and chairs for 4 guests and easy access to the fully equipped kitchen. All your needs for cooking and mealtime are provided, updated cabinets and appliances complete the kitchen.

In the Queen is in the bedroom with flat screen TV and there is one full bathroom accessible from the main hallway.

Overall the unit has a great location on the property in building number two that is close to the clubhouse and free town shuttle stop. NO air conditioning.

Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

great location

The condo is a great location between town and ski resort. Comfortable furnishings, a bit dated but a great value for the price.

Comfortable and convenient ski lodging

Property is as described and pictured, and generally clean and in good condition. I enjoyed my stay. The main concern for me was that bathroom fixtures, tub, flooring, etc are showing some age and damage and the bathroom exhaust fan is surprisingly noisy. Bathroom could use an overall refresh. FYI the bed is extremely firm - I like a firm mattress and slept fine, but those who prefer a softer mattress might not like this.

The location was convenient and we had everything we needed!

The location was very convenient to the ski bus and downtown. The next best thing to ski-in ski-out! Condo is dated but very clean. The bed was comfortable and linens/towels are of good quality. Check in was fast and easy. We would recommend this place to friends!
