The master bedroom features a luxurious queen bed and a renovated bathroom with dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom is equipped with two double beds and guests have access to the updated hallway bathroom.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available. 
A parking pass is necessary for this unit - limited to one per unit.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.  Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a $200 fine per day.
