The second bedroom, equipped with a queen on bottom and another queen on top, is designated as the captain’s bunk. This room also has access to a second full bathroom located in the main hallway. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning available in this space.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 fine per day.
