A queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides an additional two pillows so that 6 people are able to share this condo for their vacation rental. Enjoy the gas fireplace, cable TV and access to the private deck from the main living area. The unit is on the second floor of the building so guest will have a view of the Winter Park Ski Resort.
King bed in the primary bedroom with flat screen TV and full bathroom with dual vanities. The second bedroom has 2 Twins and access to the second full bathroom in the hallway. No air conditioning.
Shuttle service on the free town shuttle is a few steps from the condo and only a short walk to the main clubhouse on the property.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
