This one bedroom condo has a mountain theme accents with personal touches making for a perfect spot to rent for families or a couples.
The solid hardwood flooring in the dining room which will seat 4 to 6 people comfortably, for additional seating try using the kitchen counter that doubles as an extra eating place. The kitchen offers lots of counter top space for easy meal preparation, has painted cabinets, newer appliances and the same hardwood flooring found in the dining area.
A queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides an additional two pillows so that 6 people are able to share this condo for their vacation rental. Enjoy the gas fireplace, cable TV and access to the private deck from the main living area. The unit is on the second floor of the building so guests will have a view of the Winter Park Ski Resort. NO air conditioning.
King bed in the primary bedroom with flat screen TV and full bathroom with dual vanities.
Shuttle service on the free town shuttle is a few steps from the condo and only a short walk to the main clubhouse on the property.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Great place for a skiing holiday

The free shuttle (yellow line) to the mountain stops in front of the condo and runs twice an hour, so we didn't need to drive and look for parking. The place is on the second floor so take into account the stairs, has a kitchen, bathroom/toilet with tub and shower, and two sinks in a corridor nook outside the bathroom. The indoor community pool and hot tub (open until 10pm) are a 3-minute walk away in the main reception building at the entrance to the complex. Place has a 90s feel to it. Will stay again.

Nice condo

Right off the main street. The bathroom is part of the only bedroom, although the toilet and shower have a door to close them off. Portal is easy to access, although the actual address was harder to find (just get the clubhouse address unless you access the portal). Pull out couch bed was comfy, regular bed was not very comfortable. Overall quiet location, although someone both mornings at about 5:30am was running an extremely loud generator or something that sounded like it was right outside the bedroom window. The patio is nice to relax on with a view of the woods, although you have to move the chair out of the way to get outside. Kitchen has a few items for cooking, but no spices/oil, etc. Overall good for the cost and location, walkable to most of WP on the main strip within 20 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay. Easy to walk into town, close to the ski mountain, and close to mountain biking trails. The porch backed up to the woods, and it was super peaceful to enjoy a drink or morning coffee out there.

Great location and accommodations. 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom a big plus. Shuttle to Winter Park was a great addition. Pick up point is right outside of entrance to condo.

Sleeping and living room accommodations nicely detailed. Base board heating inconsistent, some were very hot while other were barely warm despite adjusting thermostats. Kitchen reasonably well equipped; however, one of the burners on the electric stove did not work. I would stay here again. Good price point. Easy access to mtn and town. Shuttle to Wniter park was 50 ft from front door.

This unit is 2 1/2 miles to the ski resort and the free town shuttle does stop in front of the building once an hour.
