The primary bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed with and twin bunk bed and en-suite full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.
In the second bedroom a king-sized bed and twin trundle bed, flat screen television and access to the main hallway bathroom with dual vanities and shower.
Guests have the option to utilize the complimentary shuttle service provided by the town, with stops conveniently located just a few steps away from the unit. Alternatively, they can choose to take a brief stroll to the main clubhouse.

The Beaver Village condos are located 2 blocks from Main Street in downtown Winter Park for shopping, restaurants or nightlife. For the winter months, guests are 2 ½ miles to the Winter Park Ski Resort and 4 ½ miles to the town of Fraser for snow tubing, cross country and snowshoe trails.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
