You will have the opportunity to engage with guests in the adjoining dining area, which accommodates six individuals, with extra seating at the breakfast bar.
Enjoy your evening by relaxing in front of the gas fireplace while watching television in the living room. The sliding glass door provides convenient access to the private patio, offering a memorable view from the first floor unit.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed with TV and en-suite full bathroom, while the second bedroom contains 2 twin beds. There are also 2 additional sleeping spots available on the sofa sleeper in the living area. A second full bathroom is located in the main hallway. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
Guests have the option to utilize the complimentary shuttle service provided by the town, with stops conveniently located just a few steps away from the unit. Alternatively, they can choose to take a brief stroll to the main clubhouse.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
