A beautifully renovated 1 bedroom welcomes you to your next Winter Park getaway. This unit offers hardwood flooring, a private deck with forest views, washer and dryer in an ultra-chic interior design.
The open floor plan encompasses the main living room, dining and kitchen spaces. The living room has wonderful artwork to adore the walls, a comfortable sofa to enjoy the gas fireplace and flat screen television to enjoy your relaxing moments after indulging all of the outdoor adventures within easy distance from our unit. You can access the private deck to enjoy the surrounding forest views and take in the mountain air with a cup of coffee or afternoon and evening refreshments. The dining table will seat up to four guests and provides easy access between the living and kitchen areas. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops as well as a small island with breakfast bar seating for up to two guests, stainless steel appliances, custom tiled-backsplash and painted white cabinets to accent the modern feel of the unit.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, chair and en-suite full bathroom granite countertops, dual vanity sinks and a tiled shower enclosure. In the main hallway guests have access to a washer and dryer.

Unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, private deck, gas fireplace, flat screen television, washer and dryer. A fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. There is no air conditioning. This unit is located on the second floor of the building.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.

Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
