The dining area next to it can accommodate up to six individuals and is connected to the primary living space. Accessible from the living area, the deck offers a comfortable spot to unwind and appreciate the scenery, along with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Additionally, there is a queen sofa sleeper in this space for any additional guests who may require a place to sleep.
The primary bedroom features a King-sized bed, a flat screen TV and full bathroom. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
This condominium is located in building 6 of the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac, just a brief stroll from the clubhouse. Additionally, the complimentary town shuttle stop is in close proximity, making downtown easily accessible on foot.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
