The living space is enhanced by a plush couch and armchair, complemented by a fireplace, while the sofa conveniently converts into bed at night, accommodating an additional two guests. This area also provides a delightful setting to enjoy the gas fireplace, a 42” flat screen television, and access to the private deck that boasts views of the Winter Park Ski Resort from the building’s second floor. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
This fully renovated one-bedroom condo, boasting a primary bedroom suite furnished with a King bed and a spacious 32” flat screen TV, has received a 5 star rating from guests. It is an ideal place for relaxation after a fun-filled day in Winter Park, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and dual vanity sinks.
Situated in the second cul-de-sac of the property, guests can easily access the Clubhouse with just a short walk, while the free town shuttle stops are conveniently located just a few steps away.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
