The living area of the accommodation boasts a fireplace, which provides a warm and inviting ambiance during chilly winter days or cool summer evenings. This apartment features a spacious flat screen TV, a traditional wood burning fireplace, a private deck with an electric grill and scenic forest views. Additionally, it boasts a generous open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area and kitchen.
The spacious kitchen offers ample counter space, cabinets and modern appliances making meal preparation effortless. The dining table accommodates 4 people, with 2 extra seats available at the breakfast bar.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and attached bathroom. The secondary bedroom has twin beds and its own full bathroom.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
