Situated on the ground floor, this unit offers convenient access to the main parking lot upon your arrival for vacation. The open floor plan features a chic living room, providing ample seating to unwind by the gas fireplace and flat screen TV, while still engaging in conversation with the chef in the kitchen. The dining area boasts a spacious table that accommodates up to eight guests, along with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been modernized with new countertops, cabinetry and appliances. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
Charming elements throughout the condominium preserve the delightful retro ambiance as you transition into the bedrooms. The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a flat screen tv and a private full bathroom. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway, accessible for the two bedrooms to share.
The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, while the third bedroom features two Captain's bunks, comprising a Queen on the lower bunk and a Twin on the upper bunk, making it an enjoyable area for children. Additionally, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area to accommodate any additional guests.
A complimentary shuttle service is available via the free town shuttle, which has a stop located directly in front of the building, and it is just a 2-3 minute walk to the main clubhouse.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
