This exceptional vacation rental offers a true home-away-from-home experience, characterized by its unique lodge ambiance, featuring rich wooden elements and comfortable furnishings in the main living space. Guests can unwind while enjoying the flat screen TV and the warmth of the gas fireplace, creating an ideal setting for a snug evening. Additionally, this room provides access to a private deck, allowing guests to take in the serene forest view from the second floor of the building.
The dining room area enhances the open floor plan and features a spacious solid maple dining table perfect for meals. It is conveniently located next to the kitchen, which is equipped with all essential appliances, including a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Additionally, all necessary flatware, dishes and cookware are provided, making it an ideal space for cooking. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
Each bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, making this rental perfect for two couples or two individuals. Additionally, every bedroom features a flat screen TV. Extra sleeping arrangements are available with the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. The unit also includes two full bathrooms.
A complimentary shuttle service is available on the free town shuttle which halts just a short distance from the entrance of the unit. This unit is situated in the upper section of the property and is a mere three minute walk from the clubhouse.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
