Guest can also access the private deck from this room to enjoy the forested view off the second floor of the building.
The bedroom has a queen bed making for an ideal rental for a couple or singles and has a flat screen TV. Additional bedding can be found utilizing the queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is one full bathrooms in the unit.
Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle which stops a couple of steps from the entrance of the unit and this unit is in the upper location of the property and 3 minute walk to the clubhouse.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
