Beyond the dining area lies the living room, featuring a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV with a DVD player, and a private deck that includes a plumbed gas grill ensuring a continuous supply of gas for grilling while offering a view of the surrounding forest. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
The primary bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a complete bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, while the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements with a queen sofa sleeper. The second bathroom can be accessed from the main hallway.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
