This one bedroom condo has all you need for your vacation. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and en-suite full bathroom.


A full kitchen is complete with cookware and updated appliances, cabinets and counter tops. A small island has a spot for 2 to seat and is open to the dining room with additional seating for 4. In the living space comfortable sofa to enjoy the gas fireplace and flat screen TV. A private deck offers a view of the Winter Park Ski Resort from the 3rd floor of the building. No air conditioning.


Located in building 16 which is in the upper cul de sac of buildings 15 – 20 a short distance from the main clubhouse and has a free town shuttle stop a few steps from the front of the building.


Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.


NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
