The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a newly tiled shower enclosure and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom includes a custom built twin bunk bed, while the updated second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
The structure is situated within the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac, just a brief stroll from the Clubhouse with the complimentary town shuttle stopping directly in front of the building.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
