The latest enhancements to the unit feature updated furnishings, appliances and flooring. The kitchen boasts ample countertop space and cabinets, facilitating both storage and convenient meal preparation.  Positioned between the kitchen and the living area, the dining area allows all guests to engage with one another comfortably.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a television and an adjoining full bathroom.  The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, and there is an additional full bathroom located in the hallway. 
The #18 building is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the main clubhouse and is situated in the 15 – 20 cul de sac of the overall property.

 

The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
