The expansive kitchen features newly installed countertops, wooden cabinetry and modern appliances, complemented by a breakfast bar. The dining area provides additional seating for up to four individuals. In the living room, comfortable sofas create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation, allowing guests to enjoy the flat screen TV, gas fireplace and picturesque views of the Winter Park Resort from the private deck. Please note that there is no air conditioning. This beautifully remodeled one bedroom accommodation offers an ideal retreat for families wishing to explore the Winter Park region. The hardwood flooring throughout enhances the authentic mountain lodge ambiance, perfectly accentuating the mountain-themed décor.

The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. An additional sleeping arrangement is provided by the sofa sleeper located in the living room. The building is situated within the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac of the property, allowing for a brief walk to the clubhouse and mere steps away from the complimentary town shuttle stop. This unit is located on the second floor of this building.

The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.

Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

I highly recommend this rental.

very spacious..fireplace worked fine. big kitchen with everything needed. very comfy sofa and recliner. only issue is the pullout sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable. if you're an adult it's not comfortable at all. might be fine for kids.

Great value and would stay again!

Cozy, rustic condo with easy access and a good location close to the downtown and resort of Winter Park. Loved the balcony off the back which was very private and overlooked beautiful and dense woods, however it was very noisy due to traffic on the highway. Condo was clean and provided basic kitchen essentials and super-basic bathroom toiletries but nothing especially nice. Indoor hot tub/pool/sauna looked clean and was staffed. Easy walk into the downtown (~15-min) on sidewalk or through the woods.

Great place fir a getaway

Very clean and quiet condo. Had everything we needed. Nice fireplace. Comfortable bed. Only issue was the toilet runs continuously, management might want to address this. We would definitely return.
