The dining area accommodates four guests, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar. The delightful kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, newly installed hardwood flooring, and cabinetry and comes complete with all necessary cookware, dishes and utensils enabling the preparation of enjoyable meals throughout their stay.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, generous space, a flat screen television and a contemporary bathroom that showcases new countertops, new cabinetry and updated flooring. The second bedroom is also furnished with a custom bunk bed and provides access to the main hallway bathroom which has been similarly renovated with new countertops, new cabinetry and flooring. It is important to note that air conditioning is not available
Building 20 is situated at the upper end of the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac on the property, within a brief walking distance to the Clubhouse and just a few steps from the complimentary town shuttle stopThe Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
