The large dining room has plenty of room for eating and the main living area of the condominium has a gas fireplace to creates a warm ambiance that is relaxing after a long day of play either at Winter Park Resort or in town. A private deck is a second spot to relax and enjoy your surroundings – located on the third floor of the building there is no one above you to spoil the peace and quiet. No air conditioning.
Guests will be sure to enjoy the beautifully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, new hardwood flooring, cabinetry and is completely stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils for making great meals during your stay.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, extra space, flat screen TV and updated bathroom including granite counter tops, new cabinetry and flooring.
Building 20 is located upper 15 to 20 cul-de-sac on the property which is a short walk to the Clubhouse and a few steps away from the free town shuttle stop.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
