The primary level of the cabin features an open layout that encompasses the main living, dining and kitchen spaces. In the living room, one can enjoy a rustic ambiance with a wood-burning fireplace, ample seating for viewing the flat-screen television and a small table perfect for game night. Next to the living area, the kitchen is fully equipped to facilitate effortless meal preparation, complete with a small free-standing work island (please note there is NO dishwasher) and a dining table that accommodates up to six people. The level also houses the main bathroom. Convenient access to the covered front deck offers a breathtaking view, while the back deck provides a warm atmosphere to appreciate the surrounding forest and modest yard space. Along with a washer and dryer located in the living room closet.
The upper level of the cabin features three bedrooms, providing a tranquil night’s sleep after enjoying the beautiful outdoors surroundings. The primary bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a small sitting area and hardwood floors. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed and sitting area. The third bedroom has two twins and boasts a vaulted ceiling. A half bathroom is situated in the main hallway, connecting the second and third bedrooms. Access to the upper covered deck with comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the view.>
The cabin is conveniently located just a short distance from the free town shuttle which offers transportation to downtown and the Winter Park Ski area.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 per day fine.
