Additionally, it is furnished with a flat screen TV, a gas stove fireplace and double sized sofa sleeper for two additional sleeping arrangements and providing access to a private deck equipped with a BBQ grill for use during the warmer summer months. Adjacent to the living area is the gourmet kitchen, which serves as an excellent gathering space for enjoying meals after engaging in various outdoor activities.

Guests are not allowed to smoke on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
