Description

This lovely decorated 2 bedroom condo offers a main living area, access to the private balcony with mountain views, gas fireplace, TV, VCR, queen sofa sleeper and free Wi-Fi access.

Open to the living area is the main dining area with table is solid wood and has seating for 6 persons. Adjacent to the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen has newer appliances, wood cabinets and all utensils for cooking and eating.

The master suite offers a queen bed and full bathroom. A second bedroom is off the living room with two twin beds and access to the second bathroom and washer/dyer.

Overall the unit has 1,200 square feet on the first floor of the building. Please note that there are approximately 6-8 steps to the unit as the ground floor has the 1 car garage.

The free town shuttle does access the property and is a short walk to the stop from the unit.

Housekeeping Notes: All of our cleaning standards and products are aligned with VRMA, WHO and CDC. We are laundering all bedding in our commercial washers and dryers after each guest stay. All bedding is double sheeted.All products in the vacation rental for guest use will be individually wrapped for protection.We will implement keyless entry or secured lock box for entry to all vacation rentals.Our staff will have new PPE daily and wear masks, protective gloves and shoe coverings.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
