In the primary living space, there is access to a private balcony that offers mountain views. This area features a gas fireplace, a television, a VCR, a queen sofa sleeper, complimentary Wi-Fi and does not include air conditioning.
The layout provides an unobstructed view of both the living and kitchen areas, with a solid wood dining table that accommodates six people.
Next to the dining space, the fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, wooden cabinetry and all necessary utensils for cooking and dining.
The primary suite features a queen-sized bed and a complete bathroom. Adjacent to the living room, the second bedroom contains two twin beds and provides access to the second bathroom as well as the washer and dryer.
A complimentary town shuttle stops directly in front of the building, and guests can also enjoy the outdoor hot tub.
Please note that smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. The Homeowner Association regulations do not allow guests to bring pets or smoke on the premises, and these rules are enforced rigorously. A fine of $200 per day will be imposed on guests who violate these policies.
