The living zone is an immaculate space with in floor radiant heat, 10' ceilings, custom lighting, smart TV and gas fireplace and panoramic mountain views from the cushy leather furniture. Plenty of large, picturesque windows will offer more than one view of the mountains and surrounding mountain beauty from this main room. Outside is a large wrap around patio is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air and outdoor hot tub and gas grill.


The full kitchen boasts high-end finishes including custom hickory wood cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops, large breakfast bar area at the kitchen island offers seating for 3 and is adjacent to the dining area offers seating for 8 at the main table.


The large master bedroom has a King with ensuite bath, including walk-in shower and dual vanities. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed and bathroom across the hallway. The 3rd bedroom is towards the entry of the condo and has a Double Bunk bed plus a Twin Bunk bed – a great kids’ room!


The Den near the kitchen area has a Queen sofa sleeper and offers another place to watch TV if you have someone wanting a movie and someone else needing to catch their favorite sports team.


This lovely condo is on the ground floor and offers easy access and roll in shower to help with anyone needing some accessibility help by avoiding steps.


Elk Creek B103 is a stunning 3 bedroom plus den, 3 bath condo located in downtown Fraser - walking distance from hiking trails, tubing hills, restaurants, breweries, shopping and so much more. Hop on the free shuttle by the front of the building for the short ride to Winter Park Resort!


Amenities in unit: Free WIFI access, private patio with furniture and outdoor private hot tub, washer and dryer, in floor radiant heating, no air conditioning, gas fireplace.


Parking is in the open lot adjacent to the walkway to the entrance of the condo. Suggest 3 cars max. Unit is on the shuttle route to ski resort and activities with an hourly stop.


NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or have a pet on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on or in the property.

Modern large condo
Super clean and modern place that was a great spot for a get together with easy access to WP. Easy bus access to slopes and nice brew pub a couple of minutes walk.

You have a beautilful place
Our ski group had a great time at Stay's place. The private hot tub was a hit after a long day at Winter Park. The condo complex is beautiful with heated sidewalks and easy access to the bus system. The condo itself is spacious with all the amenities you would ever need. By far one of the best places we have stayed during our ski trips. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Amazing/New Town Home.
Brand new, super clean, amazing amenities, high ceilings, comfortable beds, hot tub, three FULL bathrooms. This place has it all. We had 7 adults and a 1.5 yr old and the home still felt very spacious. The living room, dining room and kitchen are close/open proximity which allows everyone to hang out in the same area. The outdoor seating area is fantastic and the hot tub is perfect after a long day of adventures. The kitchen is fully stocked with new, quality grade equipment that allows you to easily cook full meals. The check in process was very easy and they did a great job communicating with us. Parking is very close to the main door and this listing is on the first floor of the building. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!
This was the perfect place for a ski trip with some friends! We had a great time and the amenities were great (especially the private hot tub)

Our group had so much fun this weekend and we were all impressed by the space.
We had a wonderful weekend trip in this condo. I am very pleased with the responsiveness of Stay and how nice the place was. There were plenty of extra linens and towels, and we were ecstatic to use the hot tub right away (something that not all airbnb's do), so that was another great plus. We came for a ski trip and the shuttle to Winter Park was just a short walk away, which made traveling very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this spot to anyone, we had a blast and this airbnb truly played a part in that!
