You will appreciate the expansive vistas from your adirondack chairs on the private balcony! This spacious unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults, providing all the comforts and conveniences of home. Unwind with family and friends in the well-appointed living room, which includes comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace.
Enjoy cooking meals together in the large kitchen, equipped with all stainless steel appliances. Dine at the table that seats 6, or at the additional breakfast bar with 3 padded stools. Each bedroom is furnished with a TV and ample space to relax. The primary bedroom features a new King mattress for a restful night's sleep, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a separate walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, and there is an additional Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Apex Peak also provides a washer and dryer within the unit. This unit truly has it all!
Located in Winter Park Village's newest building, you can easily walk off the slopes and into a variety of shops, restaurants, or bars at the base. Children will enjoy the short stroll from ski school and sipping hot cocoa on your private balcony. At the end of the day, take advantage of the amenities deck, which features a large spa, grills, and lounge chairs for relaxation and enjoyment.
