Inside this two-bedroom, two-bath condo, you will discover a cozy and inviting space, embellished with delightful decor and hardwood flooring throughout. The open layout fosters a warm and welcoming ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes, allowing you to enjoy your music and movies with the condo's exceptional AV system, which includes a 55" Smart TV, DVD Player, Stereo and Surround Sound AV System, Video Game System, and Smart Streaming Channels (Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, HBOMax) from the comfortable furnishings surrounding the gas fireplace. Easy access to the private balcony from this room will provide breathtaking mountain views.
The dining area is conveniently positioned between the main living room and kitchen, offering seating for up to six for a delightful sit-down meal, along with additional seating for up to four guests at the breakfast bar for a quick bite before heading outside to partake in all the adventures the area has to offer. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making it a wonderful option for the chef in your group.
The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a 32” smart TV, a ceiling fan, and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and a 32” smart TV, with access to the second full bathroom located in the common hallway of the unit. The main hallway also accommodates a washer and dryer for any laundry needs during your vacation.
Not only is this condo positioned at the front of the Fraser Crossing building, but it is also approximately 40 feet from the shared amenities deck, which boasts a pool, hot tub, grilling stations, and an outdoor fireplace.
