This unit has 443 square feet is a well appointed and renovated studio has new flooring and furnishings. Located on the 5th floor views, magnificent views of the Winter Park Resort and within 150 yard walk to the of the slopes and village.


The kitchenette has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances including a mini-fridge, 2 burner stove and a convection microwaveable oven, dishwasher and dining area.


Enjoy the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV from the king bed, or sitting area which includes a comfortable sofa.
The full bathroom has a tiled shower surround, new tile flooring and updated vanity.


This is a handicapped accessible vacation rental. No air conditioning.


Amenities on property: Common area outdoor hot tub, grill, main floor lobby area with sitting area, flat screen TV, private ski lockers. This property has a giant common area amenity deck that includes coin operated laundry, changing rooms, hot tub, barbecue grille, outdoor fireplace, and views of the slopes. The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are just steps across Winter Park Drive.

Clean, Easy, & Cozy!
We had a short trip to Winter Park for our wedding anniversary. The property and room were clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a quick weekend trip. Beautiful spot in the summer, but I can imagine this would be an AWESOME spot for winter sports goers. Overall very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

Great Location
Nice clean property that was perfect for the Wine Festival. The ceiling fan is a little loud and the TV had a Parental lock with no code are my only negative comments. Nice little room.

perfect for two of us
The room was perfect for two of us. My only complaint is the process to get your parking pass and the check-in process. We booked last minute which contributed but we made a couple phone calls and received the help we needed. We would definitely stay here again. So much to do and places to eat within walking distance.

Nice place
Modern, clean. Nice place. Downsides: Very hard to figure out how to get inside the parking garage, (need a code to register online, need to register as a guest from their emails to get the code first, but mine was a last minute booking). Another downside, it was 83 degrees inside when I got there. Quite hot for may, it was much cooler outside. Left the windows open all night and that helped a ton.

Great place
Great place to stay at Winter Park! Spacious for a studio with a gas fireplace, kitchen, and a very large bed. Convenient parking garage. It’s great to be across the street from the village and lifts. Would definitely stay again!
