This unit has 443 square feet and is a non-smoking and no pets allowed rental. This bright studio has vaulted ceilings to expand the size of the condo. The unit have some interior upgrades and makes for a cozy contemporary lodging choice; granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances in the full kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, 2 burner stove and a convection microwaveable oven, dishwasher and dining area.

In the open floor plan, the living room there is a new 50" flat screen TV with BluRay player, gas fireplace, king bed, comfortable sofa with a hide-a-bed and a dining table with chairs

The full bathroom has a tiled shower surround, new tile flooring and updated vanity.

This is a handicapped accessible vacation rental.

Amenities on property: Hot Tub area will remain closed to the public until further notice
Main floor lobby area with sitting area, flat screen TV, $16 per day heated underground parking, private ski lockers. This property has a giant common area amenity deck that includes coin operated laundry, changing rooms, hot tub, barbecue grille, outdoor fireplace, and views of the slopes. The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are just steps across Winter Park Drive.

Parking pass are $16.00 per night and this price is not included in the room rate. All guest must purchase the parking pass separately. Please use the following instructions:

COVID Housekeeping: All of our cleaning standards and products are aligned with VRMA, WHO and CDC.
We are laundering all bedding in our commercial washers and dryers after each guest stay. All bedding is double sheeted.
All products in the vacation rental for guest use will be individually wrapped for protection.
There will be a 24 hour (1 day) gap between reservations.
We will implement keyless entry or secured lock box for entry to all vacation rentals.
Our staff will have new PPE daily and wear masks, protective gloves and shoe coverings.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
