Description
This bright studio has vaulted ceilings to expand the size of the condo on the top floor of the Fraser Crossing building and has a wonderful location you can’t beat - 150 yard walk to the of the slopes and village.

Overall this quaint unit has 443 square feet and some interior upgrades and makes for a contemporary lodging choice. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, 2 burner stove, a convection microwaveable oven, dishwasher and granite counter-tops. The dining area is tucked between the kitchen and main living area that will seat up to 4 persons. No air conditioning.

The living room there is a new 50" flat screen TV with BluRay player, gas fireplace, king bed, comfortable sofa with a hide-a-bed and view of the Winter Park Resort. In the bathroom a tiled shower surround, new tile flooring, updated vanity and is a handicapped accessible vacation rental.

Guest can enjoy the common area amenities on property including: Outdoor Hot Tub area. A main floor lobby area with sitting area, flat screen TV, private ski lockers, a giant common area amenity deck that includes coin operated laundry, changing rooms, barbecue grille, outdoor fireplace, and views of the slopes.

Parking pass are $19.00 per night and this price is not included in the room rate. All guest must purchase the parking pass separately.
