This luxurious three bedroom unit is situated on the second floor and features a private deck that provides a scenic view of the Fraser River.
Positioned to the right of the unit’s entrance, the kitchen features modern appliances that harmonize with the wooden cabinetry and contemporary countertops. Next to the kitchen, the dining room is furnished with a spacious table and chairs that can seat six individuals. Furthermore, there is extra seating for four at the breakfast bar.
In the living room, a flat screen TV is mounted adjacent to the wood burning fireplace, providing various entertainment options, including a DVD player, CD player, and complimentary in-unit Wi-Fi access. The living room is also equipped with numerous comfortable furnishings including a newer sofa. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
This property boasts a complete primary suite, which includes a newly installed bathroom and King-sized bed, both introduced in April 2021. A distinctive aspect of this unit is the heated floors in the bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with one queen bed, while the third bedroom features a Captain's Bunk. Additionally, the second full bathroom is conveniently situated in the common hallway, which also houses the washer and dryer.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

My only negative is not the condo itself but that the condo is run by a management company which wants you login to their portal which was confusing and I had to call to figure out parking situation. great location and value
there are two buses, the black and blue, that can take you to and from winter park ski resort. Plus, dining options and grocery are walkable. You probably don’t even need a car to stay here. Great location and comfortable condo
The location along the Fraser River is great and we enjoyed all the trails. The recreation center is very nice. The condo has a great layout and is well equipped and the beds and furniture are nice and the bathrooms are great. We enjoyed the views and sound of the river from the deck. Great location and comfortable condo
The location along the Fraser River is great and we enjoyed all the trails. The recreation center is very nice, but it would have been helpful to have directions to it, including how to use the card pass to open the doors. The condo has a great layout and is well equipped except for a few things: there was only 1 ice tray (no icemaker), and the nonstick pots and pans are quite worn. The carpet is in need of a cleaning. Otherwise the beds and furniture are nice and the bathrooms are great. We enjoyed the views and sound of the river from the deck. This is definitely a cozy ski lodge feeling
This is definitely a cozy ski lodge feeling…meaning not upscale or luxurious. Just know what your getting. Staying in town, with all the snow, was not an advantage as we still had to drive everywhere with all the snow. You can’t walk to town with so much snow blocking any walkways. And then you still have to park at the ski hill and have to get there really early to avoid the crowd. The unit was comfy but no firewood provided. Kitchen well stocked, though we didn’t cook. beautifully upgraded clean condo
We initially were supposed to stay at a different place. I was a bit disappointed. However, after arriving here I was very pleased. Master bedroom has its own door to walkout onto the balcony,heated floor in the bedroom was wonderful. Each room had enough space. Very nice!
