Next to the kitchen, the dining room is furnished with a spacious table and chairs that can seat six individuals. Furthermore, there is extra seating for four at the breakfast bar.
In the living room, a flat screen TV is mounted adjacent to the wood burning fireplace, providing various entertainment options, including a DVD player, CD player, and complimentary in-unit Wi-Fi access. The living room is also equipped with numerous comfortable furnishings including a newer sofa. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.

A distinctive aspect of this unit is the heated floors in the bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with one queen bed, while the third bedroom features a Captain's Bunk. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
