Comfortably decorated with some kitchen updates, this 3rd floor condo rental is good for families visiting the Winter Park area.


The main living room area offers a southwestern decor, wood burning fireplace, TV with VCR-DVD combo, free Wi-Fi access, queen sofa sleeper and access to a private deck with river views.
A large wood table and chairs with an open view of the main living area in the dining area will seat up to 6 persons. No air conditioning.


An updated and refurbished kitchen complete with new cabinets, appliances, tile back splash, tiled floors and center work island with 2 bar stools.


In the master bedroom, a queen bed and 2022 remodeled bathroom with walkin shower helps with peaceful dreams. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom – great for the kids or two singles. A second full bathroom is located in the main hallway.


This unit is also few steps away from the free town shuttle stop but you can also walk to Main Street which is 2 blocks away to enjoy all the downtown restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities.


The recreation center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table with table and chairs, small kitchenette with expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, table and chairs and computer station with free Wi-FI. The locker rooms are equipped with tiled floors, bathroom stalls, showers and lockers. The main pool and spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub. The small workout area has a weight room with treadmill and stationary bike.


NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Great spot in WP
My family loved staying here! Great location close to everything in WP. The pool and hot tub were great at the clubhouse which was a few buildings away. One note is the clubhouse doesn't provide towels and the condo didn't have a lot of extra towels so bring your own if you want one for the pool and one for the shower. The building was very quiet and the space was comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Dated, but comfortable
We stayed here for spring break skiing. The condo itself is very retro, could use some updating. But it was clean and comfortable. It is on the third floor, so keep that in mind. The altitude made all the stairs an adventure. The parking area is VERY tight, especially with snow, but we managed. Not bad for the price. Not sure we'll stay there again.

quick ski weekend
Great property for a long ski weekend. Shuttle pick up right across the parking lot, close to restaurants and other amenities.

The condo was clean and in a good location. The pool area was very nice, though there were no pool towels provided (and none that we could find in the condo) so we had to use the normal bath towels, which was a bit annoying. The only other issue; check in was a bit confusing- we checked in at a different area than where the condo was located, though the front desk didn't really explain that to us. We had to go back to get clear directions, but it would have been helpful to have that information provided to us the first time. The condo itself was roomy and had a lot of supplies for our stay. Back porch is really nice and overlooks a stream.

Great, quiet location
No frills on the inside which was just fine for us. Great, quiet location in town right on the river. Our favorite part was having coffee out on the balcony porch swing and listening to the water flowing. Would stay here again!
