Book your next downtown Winter Park escape in our 2 bedroom condo - lovely decorated interior, ground floor with private patio, across the street from main clubhouse and ½ block to main street with plenty of shops, restaurants and activities for you and your family to enjoy.
A generously sized and newly updated two bedroom corner unit offers new flooring throughout the unit. The spacious living room has access to a covered private deck of the surrounding forest and complex, a wood burning fireplace, modern furnishings, a flat screen TV, and wood beams on the ceiling. There is also a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping accommodations. Please note that guests must provide their own firewood.
The kitchen and dining spaces are adjacent to each other for an enjoyable space for all to gather together in the open floor plan. The kitchen features lovely countertops, wood cabinets, new appliances and tiled floors. The dining area offers a spacious table accompanied by chairs that can comfortably accommodate six individuals with additional seating available at the breakfast bar for up to three guests.
The primary bedroom suite features an updated en-suite bathroom, a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace to keep your toes warm in the winter months and for extra ambiance; guests can also access the private deck from the bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a Captain’s bed - with double on the bottom and twin on the top. Guests may access the full bathroom in the main hallway as well as the washer and dryer and a closet with games for everyone to enjoy. This unit is located across the complex road from the recreation center.

Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, private balcony, wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. There is no air conditioning.
Common area amenities include a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, one indoor hot tub and one outdoor hot tub on the spacious sundeck. A workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike. There are paid laundry facilities as well.

House Rules: House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
