A vintage one-bedroom condominium provides a cozy rental option, featuring a private balcony and situated on the ground floor of the building allowing for convenient access to parking and the complimentary town shuttle service.
In the primary living area, unwind by the gas fireplace, enjoy the television equipped with a VCR, and make use of the queen sofa sleeper and coat closet. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
At the far end of the main room, there is a dining area featuring a table and chairs that accommodate four individuals, providing convenient access to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils, making it ideal for a long weekend or a short getaway. Additionally, a primary bathroom is located adjacent to the kitchen.
The primary bedroom features a compact half bathroom and is furnished with a queen-sized bed.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
