A renovated one-bedroom vacation rental provides ample space and is situated in a tranquil setting on the third and highest floor of the building.
The unit features hardwood flooring that enhances the contemporary decor and mountain lifestyle. In the living room, guests will appreciate the comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, a flat screen HDTV equipped with a VCR/DVD, stereo system, complimentary Wi-Fi access and a queen-sized sofa sleeper. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
The dining area, located next to the living room, accommodates four individuals and offers a view of the forest, along with access to the private covered deck.
A kitchen that is fully equipped includes all the contemporary conveniences typically found in a home; simply bring your groceries and you are ready to begin. There is a breakfast bar that provides extra seating for four individuals. The main bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen.
The primary bedroom offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, featuring a queen-sized bed, a flat screen HDTV and half an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, a twin rollaway bed is conveniently stored in a side closet opposite the kitchen, allowing the vacation rental host up to five guests.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Great place for sure. The location was very convenient. There are tons of useful items in the kitchen. The place is very cozy. There were tons of blankets and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would recommend maybe a couple more towels, especially if people are going to utilize the Jacuzzi or pool. But, overall I would 100% stay here again.Monet - Posted: 4/7/2026

This property worked out well for 2 people staying 4-nights. Hola, el lugar es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, súper acogedor, seguro, fácil acceso. Yo fui durante enero, en invierno, estaba nevando y la vista es espectacular, cuando llegué estaba con calefacción encendida, el anfitrión siempre estuvo atento, solo nos dió la clave de acceso y sin ningún problema.
Incluso olvidé unas cosas aún cuando ya había salido, y regresé por ellas, con ayuda del anfitrión pude recuperarlas.
Cocinamos, hicimos café en la cafetera, tiene todo para poder cocinar, toallas limpias para bañarse. La alberca está perfecta, solo tienes que caminar unos 2 minutos hacia ella, y listo.

Quiet comfortable great location

Perfect Colorado Mountain Condo
We loved our stay at this Winter Park condo! The kitchen had everything necessary to make all our own meals while were were there. The clubhouse is well appointed with a big screen tv, pool table, 3 hot tubs and a large pool. This location is close to good fishing, local breweries, grocery stores, restaurants, shops and multiple ski resorts and the year round gondola. We'll definitely be coming back! Our only suggestion is that it would be nice if the tv in the living room had a roku like the one in the bedroom does. Cute and Cozy Condo
This condo was great for our 2-night trip to winter park. It was super close to the resort, shops, food, etc. It was cozy, yet spacious for 4 people (2 couples). Everything went really smoothly. Unit was in really good shape, and in a great location. Ski bus right out the door and walk to downtown winter park. The only negative about the unit was the sofa bed was pretty worn. This was a GREAT location very close to multiple restaurants and walking distance to multiple bars and breweries as well. The condo was very clean, well stocked with dishes if you choose to cook there, and bed was comfortable. 2 full bathrooms was also very nice! Stay here the next time you are in Winter Park! Such a great, quiet getaway spot -- even in the summer, without skiing! Right on the Fraser River Trail path, I enjoyed the trek up to Fraser and also down to the southern end of the trail.
