This inviting two-story townhome rental features a spacious open floor plan in the living room, which is equipped with a TV, VCR, and a wood burning fireplace. Additionally, it includes a queen sofa sleeper and provides access to a small private patio.
The dining area, which accommodates six individuals with its table and chairs, is located next to the living room. The kitchen has been enhanced with new countertops and appliances and it is fully stocked with all necessary cooking and dining utensils. Additionally, a half bathroom is conveniently situated on this level, close to the main entrance. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
The upper level of the unit features the primary bedroom, which is furnished with a queen-sized bed, alongside a second bedroom that contains two twin beds. Centrally positioned between these two bedrooms is a full bathroom.
The Hideaway Village complex offers a tranquil yet accessible setting, located only a few minutes from Main Street and the Winter Park Ski Resort. Visitors can take advantage of a comprehensive trail system available throughout the year, perfect for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing, all just a short distance away. Additionally, it is situated along the complimentary town shuttle route to both Winter Park Resort and the town of Winter Park.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

We booked this place last minute for an impromptu overnight to ski at Winter Park and the unit was fantastic! It worked perfectly for 2 couples and the wood burning fireplace was a huge plus! They provided some firewood but we bought more. The place had everything we needed and the host company was great. I will say the check in process was a little complicated since it says for check in that the key is in a lockbox, but it turns out you need to pick up/drop off the actual key to the unit at the office down the road which is a little inconvenient but not the end of the world. Time for some updates
The check in is confusing I received multiple emails. Key pickup and return is 5 minutes away. The house is dated which is ok but there is a strong musty smell and the queen bed seems like it has been fixed w a 2x4. Pillows probably have 20 years on them. Yes we do accept same day booking. If you are arriving after 5pm, we will send you instructions for check in to pick up the key from our secure lock box.

The Hideaway Village property is located approximately 2/3 of a mile from Main Street and is not close to the Rendezvous Event Center for the festival.
Is there on site laundry, or access to laundry nearby?

There is not laundry on site. There is a laundromat on Main Street in downtown Winter Park which will be 1/4 mile from the townhome.
