The dining area, which accommodates six individuals with its table and chairs, is located next to the living room. The kitchen has been enhanced with new countertops and appliances and it is fully stocked with all necessary cooking and dining utensils. Additionally, a half bathroom is conveniently situated on this level, close to the main entrance. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
The upper level of the unit features the primary bedroom, which is furnished with a queen-sized bed, alongside a second bedroom that contains two twin beds. Centrally positioned between these two bedrooms is a full bathroom.
The Hideaway Village complex offers a tranquil yet accessible setting, located only a few minutes from Main Street and the Winter Park Ski Resort. Visitors can take advantage of a comprehensive trail system available throughout the year, perfect for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing, all just a short distance away. Additionally, it is situated along the complimentary town shuttle route to both Winter Park Resort and the town of Winter Park.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
