This fully renovated unit has been transformed into a luxurious, high-end themed vacation condominium, featuring thoughtful comforts and entertainment options in every room of this 1,592 square foot ground floor residence.


The expansive open floor plan integrates the living, dining and kitchen spaces, featuring hardwood flooring throughout. The living room is equipped with a gas fireplace and a 50" plasma wide-screen HDTV connected to Comcast cable, complemented by numerous windows that offer a scenic view of the forest from the plush sofas, perfect for unwinding. Guests can access the spacious private deck from the far end of the living room area. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.


The dining and kitchen area are positioned next to one another, featuring granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances. A center island provides four seating options for quick snacks. The spacious dining table serves as a work area, equipped with complimentary in-unit wireless internet and accommodates six individuals. Additionally, a small alcove in the main hallway houses a washer and dryer.


The master bedroom suite is equipped with a King-sized bed, a flat screen TV, access to a private deck and an additional bathroom featuring a tiled shower enclosure and a newly installed vanity.


The second complete bedroom features a King-sized bed, a flat screen TV, a cozy sitting area and an en-suite bathroom.


The property offers a range of amenities including hot tubs, a swimming pool, a game room, a business center, and fitness facilities.


It is important to note that the Iron Horse property is situated along the skier's corridor connecting Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. To utilize the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property, all skiers must possess an intermediate skill level or above. Additionally, there is a 150 yard walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.


It is mandatory for all guests to prominently display the parking pass issued by the unit in their vehicle to avoid the risk of towing; this regulation is rigorously enforced on the premises.


NOTICE: The Iron Horse property is designated as a non-smoking area; smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violators of this policy will incur fines.


Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Great stay!
Everything about the property was great. It was very clean and modern. My only complaint is that there was 4 of us and we could NOT figure out how to work the heater. Luckily, the property owner had tons of blankets laying around and we sure did use them. Will definitely book again

Sun and Slopes
I’ve stayed in this unit four times and each time we return it’s as beautiful as we remember. Don’t let the 1980’s exterior is fool you. The condo is beautiful and recently remodeled. Three full baths are crucial when you have a house full of skiers. This unit is on the bus line and it’s a short walk to the slopes. It’s the most secluded feeling condo community in the area with THE BEST access to the slopes. The village is a short ride/walk away and there is a breeze ski shop on site. It really can’t get any easier. Looking forward to our return in January 2022.

The perfect stay
The perfect stay! This condo lives big! The location is super, seconds from the village and access to the slopes for hiking and skiing. The three full baths are clean and have excellent water pressure. The linens are premium, the kitchen has everything, and the washing machine was such a addition. My kids played in the woods behind the condo for hours and when it rained we played in the game room at the lodge. We took a few hikes up the slopes and down to the village and a day trip to RMNP, it was a magical rocky mountain experience. I can\'t say enough about the kitchen. We love to cook and this place has everything you could want to feed you adventurous family. We had sun, golden leaves, and snow...all in four days.
