The dining and kitchen area are adjacent to each other with granite counter-tops, dining table, tiled floors and newer appliances. Stackable washer dryer included. The large dining area can be used as work space, offering free in unit wireless internet. No air conditioning.
There is an accordion door to close off the living area for privacy to use the Queen Murphy bed. Two leather couches to lounge while TV viewing or enjoying the gas fireplace and patio views.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, access to private deck, TV and a bonus bathroom complete with jetted tub shower combo with a newer vanity.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, one has a double down, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom.
The 3rd bathroom is located in the hallway between both the bedrooms.
There is parking for one car in the open lot. Other vehicles can be parked for a fee in the resort lots or for free in the downtown Winter Park parking garage.
Please note: The Iron Horse property is located on the skier's corridor from Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. All skiers will need to be an intermediate level or higher to access the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property. There is also 150 yards of a walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.
All guests will need to display the parking pass from the unit in their car to prevent towing – this rule is strictly enforced at the property.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The entire Iron Horse property is a non smoking property - no smoking allowed on the property grounds - fines will be enforced for violation of this rule.

Walking distance to ski in!
Great time just to short as always.
Great place, easy slopes access!
This condominium at iron Horse was a great location. It is next to the pool and hot tubs and has relatively easy access to the slopes at WP . The unit was larger than we expected and the Murphy bed area has a moving divider to make it private at night and open during the day. The space worked very well for our group of eight.
We often stay at Iron Horse in a studio. This was the first time in this unit. We love the ski-in/out access. The electronic lock broke the morning of our first day of skiing. What followed was a frustrating day of being locked out and requiring one person to stay behind, missing skiing. However, the off-site property management company, particularly Luis, was extremely responsive and helpful -- showing up in person twice as cell coverage was spotty. They moved us to another unit when the lock could not be fixed quickly. This was the first time I rented via Air BnB where the owner had an outside property management company. In this situation that was definitely a plus!
