This family-friendly two bedroom condo has been elegantly remodeled, featuring hardwood flooring throughout that enhances the modern furnishings and decor of the unit. It offers an excellent location for guests to enjoy the slopes of Granby Ranch and a variety of outdoor adventures year- round.
The main living room is equipped with an oversized and comfortable sectional sofa, perfect for relaxing by the cozy gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a flat-screen TV for entertainment, mountain views from the windows and access to a private patio with two oversized Adirondack chairs for relaxing and taking in the mountain and aspen grove views and an electric grill for cook outs. The main dining area accommodates up to four guests and is conveniently situated between the main living area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts new cabinets, countertops and appliances facilitating easy meal preparation during family vacations. An added convenience is the in-unit washer and dryer which addresses any laundry needs.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and en-suite renovated bathroom featuring new vanity, countertops, and a jetted tub/shower enclosure.
The second bedroom is furnished with a Captain’s bunk, which has a queen bed on the bottom and an XL twin bed on top and a pull out XL twin trundle bed - great spot for up to four guests, and access to the main hallway bathroom.
Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI, in unit washer and dryer, private deck and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.
Complex amenities include a common area outdoor hot tub and grill in the summer.
Parking on a first come first serve basis in the open outdoor parking lot for no more than 3 vehicles.
Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only. This fee is per person/per day.
Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
