Guests will appreciate the cozy gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV for entertainment in the living room and access to a private patio. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for easy meal preparation during family vacations and offers 2 seating spots at the dining table and two additional at the breakfast bar. An added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer caters to any laundry needs.
On the upper level of the unit, the primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and en-suite renovated bathroom complete with new vanities, countertops, and a shower enclosure. The second bedroom on this level offers two twin beds and access to the main hallway second bathroom.
Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI, in unit washer and dryer, private deck and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.
Complex amenities include a common area outdoor hot tub and grill in the summer.
Parking on a first come first serve basis in the open outdoor parking lot for no more than 3 vehicles.
Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only.
Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
