The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for effortless meal preparation during family vacations, featuring new wooden cabinets, vibrant countertops, and modern appliances. Additionally, an in-unit washer and dryer is available to meet any laundry requirements.
The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen television, and an open doorway leading to the main living room. The fully renovated bathroom boasts a new single vanity sink, tiled flooring, and a tiled shower enclosure.

Unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a private deck, private patio, gas fireplace, washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. The condo is on the ground floor of the building.
Complex amenities include a common area outdoor hot tub and grill in the summer. Parking: Parking on a first come first serve basis in the open outdoor parking lot for no more than 3 vehicles.
Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.

House Rules: No smoking is not allowed at the unit and is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
