Adjacent to the dining area, the recently renovated kitchen has wood cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances and all you need utensils for baking and cooking.
The upper interior floor of the unit has 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms.
A queen bed is in the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In the second and third bedrooms, there are 2 twins beds. A common hallway provides access to all bedrooms and is the location of the secondary bathroom.
This unit is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom on the second floor of the building with 1,212 square feet of living space.
The Lions Gate complex is located 1 block from the Main Street in downtown Winter Park - a great location! The free town shuttle stops in front of the building.
The property has an outdoor heated pool, indoor hot tubs, game room, locker room with sauna, coin operated laundry and 2 large lounge areas to relax. During the summer months the courtyard offer a common BBQ grill for guests.
All guest are required to use the parking passes from the unit when staying here and have a vehicle.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. The Lions Gate Pines Lodge HOA does not permit guest to have pets or smoking at the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
