Lots of window surround the dining area with seating for 8 persons. In the kitchen, recent renovations include solid wood cabinets, new appliances and granite counter tops.
The common hallway is accessible from the stairs to the upper floor.
In the master bedroom a queen bed and full bathroom. Four twin beds are the alternative sleeping arrangements in both the second and third bedrooms. An additional full bathroom in in between the bedrooms.
A second floor unit with 1,128 square feet, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom offers a split level interior.
The Lions Gate complex is located 1 block from the Main Street in downtown Winter Park - a great location! The free town shuttle stops in front of the building.
The property has an outdoor heated pool, indoor hot tubs, game room, locker room with sauna, coin operated laundry and 2 large lounge areas to relax. During the summer months the courtyard offer a common BBQ grill for guests.
All guest are required to use the parking passes from the unit when staying here and have a vehicle.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. The Lions Gate Pines Lodge HOA does not permit guest to have pets or smoking at the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
