Adjacent to the living room, the dining area has table and chairs that will seat 4 persons with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Recently remodeled, the kitchen has new appliances, granite counter tops and cabinets.
The upstairs of the unit has a common hallway with one full bathroom. One queen bed is in the master bedroom. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom.
The Lions Gate complex is located 1 block from the Main Street in downtown Winter Park - a great location! The free town shuttle stops in front of the building.
The property has an outdoor heated pool, indoor hot tubs, game room, locker room with sauna, coin operated laundry and 2 large lounge areas to relax. During the summer months the courtyard offer a common BBQ grill for guests.
All guest are required to use the parking passes from the unit when staying here and have a vehicle.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. The Lions Gate Pines Lodge HOA does not permit guest to have pets or smoking at the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
