The primary living, dining and kitchen spaces feature recently installed hardwood floors, along with a designated spot for hanging jackets and storing boots and each bedroom boasts brand new carpeting.
The spacious layout with vaulted ceilings include a cozy sofa in the living room, perfect for relaxation while admiring the mountain views from the private balcony which is accessed through the sliding glass doors. Guests can also enjoy the gas fireplace and flat screen Smart TV. The dining area features a generous table for group gatherings, with extra seating at the breakfast bar.
The kitchen features new countertops and custom tiled back-splash that compliment the modern and updated appliances, while the new cabinets contribute to making meal preparation effortless. While pots and pans are provided, guests will need to bring their own cooking ingredients.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a King-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, and an en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom offers ample space and extra bedding for great options for small groups or families with multiple children. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed and twin bunk bed. The third bedroom is located off the main living room with custom french doors for privacy, a queen murphy bed, large closet with plenty of storage, sofa, baby crib and washer and dryer. The main hallway leads to the second full bathroom. Please note that there is no air conditioning.

Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse provides amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, spacious hot tubs, a fitness center, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, and wireless internet access. In addition, during the summer season, guests can take advantage of multiple tennis courts. For those looking to host a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse offers rental space for meeting rooms.
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises as per the Homeowner Association rules. Any guests found violating these rules will be subject to a fine $200 per day.
