Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse provides an outdoor heated pool, large hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, and wireless internet access. In the summer, guests can also make use of multiple tennis courts. Additionally, the clubhouse offers meeting room space for rent, perfect for small gatherings or meetings.
Smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises as per the Homeowner Association rules. Bringing pets is strictly prohibited for guests. These regulations will be rigorously implemented, with a fine of 200 per day for any guest found smoking or with a pet on the property.
