We had an amazing time at the house. We really lucked out with the snow, especially considering the winter Colorado has had. The place had such a cozy, homey feel and we immediately felt comfortable. The property was absolutely gorgeous and so much fun to enjoy in the snow. The mountain chickadees and blue jays were incredibly friendly and always ready for more bird seed, which made it even more special. We will absolutely be back.

Beautiful house in the woods. Great kitchen and eating area for the entire family. Teens loved the pool table and their own space in the loft. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching/feeding the many birds on the property. Secluded and quiet with a great view of the mountains.

We loved how remote and peaceful the property is while being minutes from Fraser. It is surrounded by trails for hiking, and it is very accommodating to dogs.

This was our first trip to Tabernash/Winterpark area. The cabin was a hop and skip from town, a good fishing hole, and a short hike. The view and cabin were both breathtaking. The cabin was fully loaded and very cozy.

This was our first trip to Tabernash/Winterpark area. The cabin was a hop and skip from town, a good fishing hole, and a short hike. The view and cabin were both breathtaking. The cabin was fully loaded and very cozy. My only complaint was the paper goods. They were so thin and scratchy I left with chapped lips. Book the cabin and bring your own toilet paper, you won’t be disappointed!

We loved this property! So quiet and serene. We were there during a period of heavy snow, and the management company kept the driveway, walkways, and porch areas shoveled. Check in/out process and instructions were clear and everything in the cabin was in working order. Loved the personal touch of reading about the cabin origins and seeing pictures of it being built. We will be back to this property in the summer to see it while it's not covered in snow!

Miles Behind Log Cabin was the perfect place to spend a family vacation. The location nestled in the trees was so calming and the mountains no matter which way you looked were amazing. Watching the sun rise and set was so beautiful. We were close to all the fun things and shopping we did. There was nothing we needed that wasn't in the cabin. We cooked all our meals, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was very nice. Pool table and foosball were a hit with all. Wonderful deck with fire pit, swing, outside table, bar-b-que and hot tub. Lots of area to spend relaxing.

The location is quite close to the amenities in Fraser and Winter Park, so it’s a great combo of convenience and serenity. We would consider staying at this property again.

We spent a weekend with friends before the holidays and had a good time. The property is gorgeous-- private and secluded. Sitting outside in the hot tub and taking in the incredible views was a definite highlight-- and it was soooo quiet. We had issues with the heating in the cabin, but the property management company was really responsive and sent out people to assist with the issues and brought us firewood and space heaters to help mitigate the cold. Overall, a great weekend with friends!

Highly recommend this location for a getaway in the mountains. It is secluded enough to really enjoy the natural surroundings, and close enough to the neighboring towns to have easy access to activities and anything you might need. This was our third visit to Miles Behind in the past two years, so we obviously love it. Excellent location close enough to the ski resorts, but you feel like you're in your own world with unparalleled mountain views. Comfortable family home. Great hot tub. When we reported an apparent leak in the septic tank, it was immediately taken care of. We also appreciated the plowing of the driveway and snow shoveled off the porches.

What a great place to stay! We rented this cabin with 3 generations of family - grandkids to grandparents and could not have been happier with our selection. The cabin is not far outside of town, but we felt like we had stepped into our own mountain world. We loved pulling the kids in the sled around the circle, taking advantage of the open kitchen to cook while others watched TV. Our teen enjoyed the pool table, electric keyboard and getting moments to herself in the loft while the younger kids played games at the dining room table. The sky is full of starts at night, views from the hot tub are a must. Such a unique setting and this complimented our family time quite well. We will back the next chance we get!

Perfect! I would hardly call this a cabin. It's a beautiful and spacious mountain home! Roasted marshmallows on the amazing deck, under the stars, is memory making. While it feels so private and remote, it is close enough to mountain communities to allow visitors to take advantage of side trips. Everything is thereto make this the perfect get away.

This cabin is stunning! I loved the tasteful southwest design and new kitchen appliances. The scenery was pristine especially on my snow shoe trip around the property! This luxury cabin has everything you\'d ever want to enjoy your stay (including a hot tub!) while maintaining the rustic feeling of being in the mountains. Situated in the middle of 40 acres, you have complete and total privacy--we enjoyed long meandering walks without ever reaching the property line. The views are unobstructed and beautiful. The large open-concept living/ dining /kitchen area is great for socializing or watching a movie, and enjoying the cozy wood burning fireplace in the evenings. The bedrooms are charming, including the master suite. Do yourself a favor and book this cabin immediately!! You won\'t regret it. :-)

Miles Behind is an outstanding property in a secluded but easily accessible location. The cabin is clean and well appointed. The hot tub is wonderful and has a great view. The home was delightful. Remote with a great view and accommodations for our grandkids. The property manager was rude and difficult to hear over the phone. I hope they can find a better property manager or StayWinterpark improves its customer relations.

The cabin and location was exceptional! The owners have themselves a very nice place! StayWinterPark management team weren't on the same page about Hot Tub info at first so we did not get to enjoy the hot tub on the first night as were told Hot Tubs were against the rules for Covid in that county. That being said, everything else was amazing! Wildflowers everywhere, views were incredible. Sunrises and sunsets were enjoyable. The kids loved the space and made themselves at home in the kids room! We will be back!

Beautiful house in a remote location but just 20 minutes to the slopes! Very private and awesome scenery! Hot tub wasn’t hot for us but everything else was great! Has a pool table to keep you busy and plenty of room to enjoy! We all had a great time & highly recommend!
