Welcome to our home at Pines Mesa Cottages Unit 8.
This stunning retreat in the picturesque Fraser, Colorado offers a luxurious Pet Friendly getaway with breathtaking mountain views from the private deck, private outdoor hot tub, 1 car heated garage parking, game room, vaulted ceiling and is perfect for families or groups seeking a memorable getaway in the heart of the Rockies. This beautifully designed villa features three spacious bedrooms, split-level interior and accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably.
Main floor (lower level) The open floor plan is adorned with hardwood flooring throughout and has ground floor entry access. The spacious living room has a comfortable sectional sofa that surrounds the gas fireplace, flat screen television, a dedicated area with foosball table and access to a small patio to relax or grill. The adjacent dining room has table and chairs to seat up to eight guests with easy access to the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has quartz countertops, custom black cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and plenty of room for making a delicious meal any time during your vacation.
The upper level has all three bedrooms. At the top of the staircase is a landing with a dedicated work station. The master suite boasts a plush king bed, ceiling fan, full en-suite bathroom, large storage closet with the washer and dryer with access to the private deck with outdoor hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan. A second bathroom is in the hallway between the second and third bedrooms. The third bedroom is the ideal escape for any children in the group with a sitting area with sectional sofa with sofa sleeper, flat screen television and triple bunk bed so you are able to sleep up to 5 guests in this room.

Unit amenities include Pet Friendly, complimentary WI-FI access, private deck, dedicated work station, laundry room, in-floor radiant heat and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning and security cameras for the doorbell ring and garage keypad.
Parking: There is parking for 1 vehicle in the heated garage with an electric car charger and 1 vehicle in front of the garage. Please do not park on the complex streets.

House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
